Work Hours

• Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.
• Scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends depending on hotel events and functions.

Job Responsibilities

The Purchasing Receiver is responsible for the administrative support to improve the purchasing/receiving system process and ensure Adaco purchase system is utilize properly.

• Utilize Adaco purchasing system to issue Purchase Order, create part numbers and receiving.
• Review and match all PO and invoices for processing.

• GP Access for checking invoices
• AP Email folder Control
• Checking Vendor statements
• Open PO Reports
• Unbilled Receiving Management
• Scanning all documents to corporate
• Participating in inventory
• WINRETAIL Receiving/invoicing

• Ensure purchasing and receiving data are accurate to GL accounts.

• Provide purchasing and receiving support to hotel operations staff as needed.
• Communicate and develop a good working relationship with all the departments in support of the operation and purchasing needs.
• Participate in month end closing, reporting, data entry.
• Support and maintain internal control on all items purchased.
• Review requisitions. Confer with vendors/suppliers to obtain products or services information such as price, availability and delivery schedule.
• Select products for purchase, prepare purchase orders or bid requests and inspect deliveries.
• Deliver and issue requisitions to all outlets insuring accuracy, communicating and shorts or challenges.
• Support month end and inventory process.

• Carries out supervisor requests in accordance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team.
• Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operations.
• Adhere to attendance and reliability standards.
• Additional guest services duties as assigned by management.
• Follow all additional duties as assigned by management.
