Seeking energetic and friendly Front Desk Agent
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and register guest in a friendly manner.
- Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations and room blocking.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.
- Being knowledgeable of the hotel's availability, rates and amenities.
- Process payments according to hotel procedure.
- Communicate with other departments when necessary.
- Resolve guest issues and follow up to ensure the guest is satisfied.
- Willing to follow hotel policies and standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Evening shift

- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
