SUMMARY

Candidate will support the Customer Insight and Experience Marketing team across a range of activities including preparation of, but are not limited to:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops, analyzes and publishes reporting for the Customer Insight and Experience Marketing team
  • Coordinates the scheduling of departmental meetings/conference rooms and arranges conference calls for Marketing VP’s and Directors and Marketing Managers
  • Maintains Customer Insight and Experience Marketing files.
  • Provides data entry, administrative support, and/or runs reports for TAG programs and applications.
  • Provides clerical back-up for department managers as requested.
  • Arranges for timely delivery of Marketing materials via courier services.
  • Maintains department area, supplies and equipment (faxes, copier, etc.).
  • Coordinates the team’s technology needs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

·       Availability Requirements:

o   The ideal candidate must be available to 20 hours/week during the school year

·       FORMAL EDUCATION: 

o   Required:

§  Must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.

o   Preferred:

§  Currently has, and maintaining, a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

·       KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

o   Preferred:

§  Microsoft programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

§  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

§  Good organization skills, with strong attention to detail

§  Flexibility to deal with changing duties and priorities.

§  Ability to consistently meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
