Job Posting for Data Integrity Administrator at SHI International Corp.
Job Summary
The Data Integrity Administrator supports SHI sales by finding the correct product line, manufacturer sku, item group, and UNSPSC code for each item that SHI needs to use for the sales order and approves new parts. The DIT administrator must work very closely with the Sales team, accounting team and Product Specialists to ensure the orders are processed without any issues. This position reports to the SHI Somerset New Jersey office.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
Part Approval
Create service parts in AX for SHI users
Create Enterprise Variants For Customers’ Inventory
Create Manufacturer IDs And Product Line IDs
Create BOMs For Sales To Use In Order Entry
Assist Sales Representatives With Part Creation processes
Data Clean Up
Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Outlook and Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
Associates Degree or relevant work experience required
Required Skills
Ability to pay close attention to details and completes tasks with accuracy
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $31,200 - $40,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
