Job Summary
The ICO Solutions Specialist will act as a subject matter expert for SHI International Corp supporting configuration and warehouse projects through our Integration facilities. This individual will work closely with the SHI sales teams, configuration, and warehouse teams, as well as the various other SHI departments to assist in a presale's role for all opportunities where the SHI warehouse locations are in scope. This position will be reporting to the Piscataway-Knox location.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- The primary responsibility of the Solution Specialist is to assist the customer and the Sales team in the on-boarding of new business into the SHI Integration Centers.
- Act as a presales expert on the SHI Integration services capabilities offered to our customers
- Act as a Point of Contact for all sales opportunities brought forward by the SHI sales force related to warehouse and integration support
- Provide pricing and presales support to SHI sales
- Act as a Point of Contact for new opportunities
- Assist SHI sales in the adoption, usage, and proper operational processes for setting up an integration engagement
- Examine the On-boarding form to ensure the proper requirements have been scoped and included on the On-boarding form.
- Provide tours of the SHI Integration facilities
- Assist in scoping and pricing for SHI Integration projects
Qualifications
- All qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years W1/Configuration experience and/or 1 years Inside Sales/Outside Sales/ Vendor/Partner experience in addition to all outlined skills/requirement that are outlined within this posting.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational, verbal & written skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
- Comfortable working in both individual and team environments
- Ability to multitask & prioritize to effectively balance short term and long-term priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools - Outlook, Word, Excel
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met
- Working knowledge of SHI’s Integration Center offerings & processes
- Ability to anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Background in Commodity Hardware and Datacenter Infrastructure
- Ability to learn quickly & absorb knowledge daily

- Position requires occasional travel (<10%)
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $42,500 - $70,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
