Description

We are seeking a Director of Sales who specializes in B2B SaaS sales to play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth through inventive and strategic sales initiatives. Enlil is a modern tech startup combining key functions to support product development processes. This is a full time on-site position and will require reporting to our offices located in Los Gatos/Campbell, CA.

Responsibilities, Skills & Hands-On Experience

  • Independently handle and drive all sales activities from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Start to develop and implement a robust sales strategy to establish and expand market presence.
  • Design comprehensive sales strategies to boost company revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to build up a robust pipeline.
  • Work with internal teams for product feature prioritization and positioning.
  • Roll up your sleeves to develop and execute demo flows until team expands.
  • Eventually recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to be aware of latest trends and competitors’ activity.


Education & Work Experience

  • Proven executive experience over 10 years in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven leadership experience in startups, preferably with experience in selling QMS, LMS, ERP, MRP, PLM type B2B solutions.
  • Experience of sales / commercial activity for companies building regulated products.
  • Deep knowledge of sales strategy and experience in tech product organizations.
  • Superior strategic, analytical and decision-making skills- Experience of working within a startup environment and ability to operate with a limited budget.
  • Reliability, discipline, detail-oriented and exceptional communication skills are crucial.
  • Ability to make quick decisions, assimilate information promptly and assume responsibility.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and other sales tools.


Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level. Your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. In addition to those factors, we also examine internal equity as well as consider current market rate, and title may be assessed one level lower or higher accordingly. After you join the company your performance, contributions, and results along with business and organizational needs will affect your base salary. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $180,000 to $220,000 equity benefits.
