Shift Digital is looking for a Digital Consultant to join our rapidly growing team with one of our newest clients! This team utilizes creative, analytical, and communication skills to manage 60 clients. This position is based out of our Birmingham, MI offices. 

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain relationships with a dedicated group of 60 automotive dealerships
• Main point of contact for providers and future digital retailing (DR) partnerships/integrations.
• Support enhancements and the roll out of program updates
• Provide pilot set up, data and tagging support
• Work through client Field checklist of recommendations for focus dealers that month
  • CRM Set Up & Coaching
  • Email Templates
  • Customer Journey/Website Updates
  • Advertising/Marketing Initiatives
• Submit a formal mystery shop and score card through the DR tool
• Manual audit of all enrolled DR dealers to determine customer experience and areas of improvement
• Support dealers with inbound and outbound DR specific email and phone requests
• Outbound phone campaigns announcing program enhancements 
• Review audit results and make website optimization recommendations for consumer experience
• Dealer PayPal set up and customer support for reimbursements
• Creative requests for banners and webtiles in Photoshop and Illustrator for placement on dealer websites
• Provide case studies for performance on dealer initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience 

• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
• If a recent grad, relative experience in an internship or campus club/organization
• Bachelor's degree required
• Previous phone or customer service experience
• Ability to work independently but also as a team player
• Time management and superior organizational skills
• Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices
