YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a talented Contract Administrator (CA) to support our growing North American legal function.
This position is based in Boston, MA.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Working within the Legal team, the CA facilitates the overall contracting process and interfaces between the Sales department and the Legal team to:
- Respond to requests and issues contracts and related documents in compliance with Legal department policies;
- Draft, issue, negotiate, and perform first-line review of various contract types, including nondisclosure agreements, master service agreements and related attachments, data protection agreements, and contractor engagement agreements;
- Coordinate the execution of final agreements;
- Maintain such agreements within the Legal team’s contract management software; and
- Related activities for the efficient production and coordination of high quality agreements.
A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Have demonstrable experience working with contracts arising under US and/or Canadian law, preferably including technology licensing agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) arising under HIPAA, and related schedules and exhibits.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience as either a paralegal or contract administrator in a SaaS/technology company or insurance-related company in the US;
- Be able to work independently and autonomously;
- Be a fluent English speaker;
- Be a fluent Spanish speaker would be nice to have.
