Parts Associate Level 1

What you’ll do:

• Receive, catalog, and dispatch/allocate incoming parts
• Ensure accurate invoice amounts are reflected in the internal software system
• Follow-up on ETA’s of parts to identify delays upstream
• Maintain accurate ETAs of outstanding parts
• Maintain accurate on-hand inventory counts
• Maintain consistent vendor relationships to ensure positive interactions
• Organize and facilitate returns of new/not-needed parts, as well as warranty and core returns
• Coordinate with other team members to pick-up/deliver parts as needed
• Maintain accurate records of orders/returns to balance against on-hand inventory
• Identify areas of process improvements, including recommended inventory

What you’ll have

• General knowledge on all vehicle Manufacturers including exotic models and their maintenance requirements
• Strong knowledge of aftermarket parts
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably within the automotive industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong research, computer, internet skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, managerial, problem solving and team-building skills
• Should be highly organized and detail-oriented
