*Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential assistance to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of healthcare services. *Responsibilities* - Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs to ensure patient health and safety - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients - Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines - Offer specialized care for patients with dementia, in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or hospice settings - Maintain accurate medical records and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team *Skills* - Proficient in medication administration and dosage management - Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities - Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for patient care - Knowledge of dementia care practices and techniques - Familiarity with assisted living, nursing home, and hospice care environments - Competence in maintaining detailed medical records
Pay: $22.00 - $35.26 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
