We are looking for a delivery manager/lead passionate about getting things done and having fun along the way. This is an opportunity to work with multiple teams and stakeholders to plan and manage the overall delivery of products and enhancements throughout the software development life cycle.

Key responsibilities:
● Squad Operations – Builds and maintains motivated teams, making sure there is an iterative plan to work towards in an effective agile manner. Support communication between Product Ownership, Stakeholders, and the Development Teams.
● Identifying & Managing Obstacles and Impediments that hinder or limit teams’ efficiency. i.e negotiating with other teams, or refocusing teams and leaders
● Reporting – tracking key squad discovery and delivery metrics, understanding, and reporting on current state and progress of work, what is done and not, etc.
● Agile Coaching - Create an empirical environment using agile tools and practices, coaching squads through the software development life cycle from discovery to delivery. Promoting a sustainable delivery momentum
● Org Readiness – ensures that all internal stakeholders are involved in the software development life cycle and prepared to support the teams’ continuous deliveries.

Who you are (Minimum qualifications)
● You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or work experience
● You have at least 2 years of experience leading, growing, and supporting an agile team as Scrum Master or Project Manager
● You have practiced Agile and are able to identify and use different agile practices to help move teams and the organization forward in our agile journey
● Prior experience with the Atlassian and agile tools that can be introduced or improved upon
● You thrive in and enjoy fast-paced work environments
Ideally you also (preferred qualifications)
● You have acted as a trusted advisor, and builds and maintains relationships cross-functionally and establish positive relationships with key internal stakeholders
● A business mindset with strong technical skills and software background
● You have used proven processes and project management methodologies for all implementations/projects
