Position Description: Position Summary:
Our client, a leading quick-service restaurant, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join their team. The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators and involves direct interactions with guests and members of the field operations team.
Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction and Service:
- Greet guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Food Preparation and Packaging:
- Prepare and package food and drink products according to established standards.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's guidelines.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times, including dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas.
- Adhere to health and safety standards in all work areas.
- Inventory and Stocking:
- Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
- Ensure inventory is stored properly and efficiently.
- Attendance and Professionalism:
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
- Follow the restaurant's uniform and grooming standards and policies.
