Warehouse Coordinator

Position Description: Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Prepare documents such as Pick Tickets, Sample Shipments and Customer BOL's.
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system to manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability. Provide weekly reports on warehouse supplies.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners and AS400 system
- Operate reach trucks and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred; familiarity with GMP's
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and AS400 system for order processing; familiarity with Dock360 a plus.
- Familiarity with order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Ability to operate reach trucks and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations is a plus
