Accounts Receivable Specialist

Shiloh Christian School is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist. Position responsibilities include:

  • Attend board meetings when board action is required
  • Manage tuition assistance program with the Comptroller
  • Check signatory
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable and keep accounts current
  • Oversee cash management (i.e. petty cash, cash boxes, field trips, etc.) and ensure that deposits are made timely
  • Process lunch charges daily
  • Oversee Free/Reduced Lunch Program
  • Work on enrollment with Admissions Director

Education/Credentials

  • Bachelors in finance, accounting or similar field preferred
  • Experience in accounting or finance required
  • Experience with Excel and Quickbooks required
  • Experience with accounts receivable systems similar to FACTS is helpful
  • Professional references required

Work Schedule & Environment

This is a 12-month, hourly contract (approximately 20 hours/week). Hire will set a weekly schedule during core school hours.
