Shine Mobile Detailing is seeking a Lead technician/manager for our mobile car detailing team. At Shine, our motto is "Service Above All." We put customers first and strive to provide exceptional service.

PAY RATE: $32,000-$42,000 annually (plus benefit options after 6 months).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a hard working, responsible, and detailed oriented lead car detailer who will adhere to provide quality automotive cleaning services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• The Lead Car Detailer will help assist branch managers in managing the detail team. This includes and is not limited to: restocking products, making sure equipment and products are up to par, training and helping hire new techs, and helping with scheduling new customers. In addition, lead detailers will clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications, which will include thoroughly washing the car, using and operating high power equipment, vacuuming and wiping down interiors, steaming, and deodorizing interiors.

You should possess strong customer service skills and be familiar with the tools, agents and products used to clean and maintain vehicles. To be a successful car detailer, you should be committed to providing excellent service to customers, be courteous, responsible, and most important detail-oriented. We will treat each customers car like it is our own.

Qualifications:

• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition.

• Drive a company vehicle to customer's locations.

• Respond quickly to customer and/or office requests.

• Assist in sales activities.

• Manage time effectively.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Employment Eligibility

• Valid Driver’s License

• Clean Background, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screen

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, and tight spaces.

• Ability to read and clearly write notes

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

• Regular and predictable attendance
