Planning and Scheduling of all maintenance task including HSSE Inspections PM, RCM, Plant Maintenance, and Training of Mechanical and I/E craft.
Accountability for Maintenance CMMS Software Management including:
PM development and data entry
Implementation of new plant assets
Stewardship of PM compliance metrics
Administer plant maintenance, including but not limited to planned, predictive, preventive, and corrective in conjunction with Maintenance Supervisor.
Coordinate Maintenance schedule with operations group to facilitate necessary shutdowns.
Develop daily and weekly maintenance schedule coordination through OMC
Plan and schedule work, including but not limited to daily, shutdown, or other outages.
Participate in administrative and technical programs, such as cost reduction, process improvement, communication, and employee development.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement of plant equipment and materials.
Manage Maintenance reporting metrics
Processing of CMMS transactions including but not limited to (requisitioning, AP, GR, GI, reconciliation)
Procurement and administration of site services including plant grounds, buildings, process and utilities
Site focal point for rental services
Site focal point for PEI schedule execution
Steward the Maintenance Work process (backlog management, schedule compliance)
Participates in morning staff meetings as required.
Performs other duties as required.
Required
Education and Experience:
Technical Degree or equivalent experience with background in electrical and/or instrumentation maintenance planning.
Five to seven years of experience in the electrical and/or instrumentation field.
Preferred
Prior work in a chemical facility.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Microsoft Office applications required.
Mechanical aptitude and ability.
Well-developed interpersonal, oral communication, and writing skills.
Flexible, adaptable, and organized; can handle numerous tasks simultaneously without losing focus; ability to properly prioritize work.
Detail minded and delivers quality work products.
High commitment to work processes, procedures, and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Regularly required to push, pull, bend, climb, and perform long periods of standing and walking on cement foundations.
Occasionally required to stoop and kneel.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to coordinate the movement of eyes, hands, feet, and fingers to operate tools and equipment.
Required to be medically certified for respirator and medically fit for duty.
Use of PPE required in specific areas.
Work in different weather conditions, under emergency conditions, and for prolonged periods of time.
