Job Purpose: The DTC Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for the execution of our Direct-To-Consumer fulfillment team. This person supervises a team daily who pick, pack, and ship small parcel orders. They oversee and manage the execution of the DTC order fulfillment process within the organization. The Fulfillment Supervisor will ensure orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the DTC fulfillment team
- Daily execution of Picking, Packing, and Shipping including the direction, assignment, and supervision of Fulfillment Associates.
- Ensure orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner SLA's
- Ensures adherence to ShipCalm picking, packing, and shipping SOPs
- Monitor order volume and adjust resources as needed to organize and assign scopes of work to Floor Associates
- Resolves picking, packing, and shipping exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order fulfillment
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase order fulfillment efficiency
- Facilitate the training of new employees on fulfillment processes and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports on fulfillment activities and performance
- High engagement with the operations team and OpX teams and brand operations teams around fulfillment questions, concerns, statuses, etc.
- Direct collaboration with the Warehouse General Manager and DTC Coordinator for daily execution strategy, resource allocation, and material demand.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Fulfillment Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of fulfillment processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
- Ability to handle high volume and high-stress situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; A degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle warehouse operations and equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Reporting Structure:

Salary : $66,000 - $75,000
