Role Description:
As ShipBob's ICQA Manager- Central, you will be responsible for overseeing our inventory control processes in all of our fulfillment centers in the Central Region. You will work both with ShipBob owned and operated sites as well as partner run facilities to ensure all inventory control SOPs are being followed, and help manage escalations related to inventory control. This role will report directly to the Director of ICQA in Supply Chain Operations.

What you’ll do:
Collaborate daily with ICQA leadership in each facility to ensure all inventory control practices are understood and followed.
Assist ICQA site leadership with escalations around inventory research and best practices.
Work with ICQA Regional Managers to develop new processes and procedures to improve quality of inventory accuracy.
Travel to sites on a regular basis to ensure inventory quality is prioritized and the team is using all tools correctly.
Conduct weekly calls with site leadership (GM/OM) to review any inventory related challenges or opportunities for improvement.
Provide feedback to the Supply Chain Operations team on any new processes or tools needed to help improve inventory control.
Ensure quick and accurate response to Jira tickets raised by the Merchant Care team, coordinating with operations teams where necessary. Coach Merchant Care team if any tickets that do not align with our processes are raised.
Teach sites to identify problematic processes or SOP issues to keep lost inventory credits to a minimum
Ensure each site keeps inventory shrinkage to a minimum.
Ensure research for missing inventory is completed within 24 hours.
Help setup foundational ICQA practices at new ShipBob locations
Implement ICQA training in new and existing sites.
Hold sites and associates accountable and escalate issues to appropriate operational leaders.
What you’ll bring to the table:
3-5 years of experience in ICQA leadership.
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, especially in situations where you are not physically present.
High degree of curiosity, problem solving, and initiative.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to pivot when initial plans are not succeeding.
Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma.
