Located in Hurricane and Hildale, UT, we are looking for a full-time, in-person Human Resources Clerk.
You will document and understand all company positions.

What you will do:
- Oversee and update internal documentation
- Manage and track position documentations
- Engage and follow up with team members to help you document their position’s responsibilities and tasks.
- Collect and update necessary information on all positions.
- Do monthly check-ins with team members to verify they understand and are upholding their responsibilities
- Seek to understand what goals and training can help team members perform to the best of their abilities, assign those goals and training to those who need them.
- Build genuine relationships with team members so that you can better understand their work and what helps them in their position.
- Stay on top of communication with teams
Pay: $15.00 per hour Bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
