About us
Shirube is a traditional Izakaya that was founded in the 60's in Tokyo, Japan. We are a close knit, small staff dedictaed to great customer service and phenomenal high quality food. It is a fun and respectful work environment that is flexible with your schedule. Every week is busier than the one proceeding, and we need someone who can learn quickly and adapt accordingly. We are building something epic and are offering an opportunity to join the team.
Shirube is looking for an experienced and competent bartender. It's a large amount of beer and sake, but some cocktails too. We need someone who can make drinks well, consistently, and enjoys working in a restaurant with a lot going on. Our kitchen is in the front of house, and is also located behind the bar, so some light food running during down times is also a part of the bartender's duties.

Responsibilities
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Greet guests upon entrance
- Learnt the menu and make recommendations/answer questions
- Make cocktails and pour beer/sake
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Positive attitude
- Light food running
