Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to work with our experienced management professional team on a 165-unit apartment complex. A property management company is seeking a full-time maintenance technician for an apartment community located in Toledo, OH. We are searching for a maintenance technician who will provide prompt, professional, and courteous service for all resident service requests and assist the Property Manager in maintaining all physical aspects of the community.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· EPA certification for HVAC service calls

· Minimum of 2 years in the apartment maintenance field

· Strong punch tech skills

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to read and write English

· Ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds essential

· Must be able to walk the property, including stairs, on a regular and as-needed basis to perform duties and perform a variety of physical tasks

· Possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license

· Working knowledge of general property operations, HVAC, safety, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair essential

· Must be available for On-call Emergency Maintenance

· Any additional duties as assigned

· Must have your own tools

· Must possess a teamwork attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.90 - $28.64 per hour
