POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Budtender at Hashery, you will be the face of our dispensary, providing knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers. You will be responsible for guiding customers through our product offerings, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for cross-training and growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- Provide detailed information on cannabis products and their effects
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
- Uphold all regulatory and compliance requirements
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service
- Train and mentor new team members
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Take initiative in resolving customer issues and improving store operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
