Description

Shodair's Outpatient Clinic is looking to add a full time LPN to our team!  This person would be responsible for providing individualized patient care considering diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.

 

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has extensive knowledge about psychotropic medications and mental health diagnoses
  • Provides excellent patient care
  • Has technical nursing skills including direct nursing care, administering medications, and documentation
  • Understands the developmental levels of children and adolescents
  • Can educate patients and their families regarding medications and treatment plans

This position is full time, and the schedule is Tuesday- Friday, 8am to 7pm. Starting wage is $21.38 depending on experience. 

Requirements

  

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE; 

  • Required education and experience— 1 year of experience in psychiatric or pediatric nursing.
  • Preferred education and experience—2 years of experience in psychiatric or pediatric nursing. 

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE

  • Credentials—Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Montana or any state recognized by the Nurse Licensure Compact. 
  • Certifications-Must obtain and maintain CPR/BLS certification.
