THE ROLE
Do you usually find yourself solving problems for others? How well do you handle working under pressure? Is customer service important to you? Perfect!
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, and organized individual to join our customer service team. Being in our Customer Service team means you are energetic and quick. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between Shoe Palace and our customers. You will be the human element in our brand that makes a lasting impression.
This is a part-time position with a maximum of 24 hours worked over three days per week.
THIS IS WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY BE LIKE…
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Run out to help fulfillment with shipping orders
- Other tasks as assigned
ABOUT YOU…
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Proven customer support experience
- Stellar memory, empathy, accuracy, and speed
- Computer Savvy
- Ability to work under pressure. We are a leading retail company, we stay busy!
