Shooting Sports Northwest (SSNW) is currently recruiting for a Shooting Sports & Facility Manager. Established in 2007, we are a private, indoor shooting club based in Bothell, WA. With a strong, dedicated membership base, we are focused on offering our clients a safe shooting environment and enjoyable experience. Catering to shooters of all skill levels and backgrounds, all applicants must be comfortable leading the daily charge with our team.
Firearms experience is a plus, but not necessarily mandatory. Daily job tasks include, but are not limited to:
-Membership retention activities, out-reach, and promotion.
-Facility and Staff oversight and reporting duties to ownership.
-Retail firearm and accessory sales.
-Works directly with ownership to spearhead new projects and ventures.
The ideal candidate has experience in the firearm industry or a similar specialty retail sector; club/team management another huge plus. This position will report directly to ownership, and will be the daily "face" of the club. This position requires a personality that is outgoing, assertive, and willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
