Position Title: Ecommerce Intern
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and versatile intern to assist with eCommerce, affiliate marketing, and social media initiatives. This role offers a valuable opportunity to work on diverse projects, gain insights into various aspects of online retail, and contribute to our growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- eCommerce Support:
- Assist in managing and updating product listings, descriptions, and images on the Shop LC website.
- Support the optimization of product pages for better visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic and sales data, and prepare reports.
- Affiliate Marketing:
- Help manage affiliate relationships and support the onboarding of new affiliates.
- Assist with tracking and analyzing affiliate performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials for affiliates.
- Market Research and Trends:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Provide recommendations based on research findings to enhance eCommerce, and affiliate marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field will be a add-on.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with google search.
- Experience: Prior experience or coursework related to eCommerce, affiliate marketing, or social media is desirable but not required.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. A strong interest in digital marketing and online retail is essential.
