Ecommerce Fashion Marketing Assistant

Shop Priceless is seeking a creative, innovative, and passionate Marketing Assistant to add to our team.

This is a full time/hybrid position, based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized, and self-motivated individual to work as a Marketing Assistant at Priceless. The core responsibilities are focused on scaling revenue and growth in social media, and all marketing efforts. As a Marketing Assistant you will support the team on the day-to-day running of Priceless and all brand related social media, press and marketing activities. In this multifaceted role you will work as part of the team to strategically plan, develop and deliver Priceless digital and non-digital content.

Task-list:

● Support the organization, running, and production of lookbook and e-commerce photoshoots.

● Ensure samples stored in-studio and warehouse are maintained in an organized manner and are properly labeled.

● Create a marketing plan to scale social media growth throughout social platforms.

● Must be an expert in all things Tiktok and Instagram, and understanding the platforms’ aesthetics, viral trends, and all things fashion-related.

● Build a shoppable community on TikTok, while updating product feeds and going live.

● Assist in the maintenance of our Influencer Program, create linesheets, develop creative briefs, and organize creator outreach.

● Work with company Directors to create an Ambassador program for 2024.

● Support planning and delivery of marketing and digital content for special projects, Meta Ads, and social media.

● Come up with monthly sale ideas to present to company Directors, and insert into the team's monthly Marketing Calendar.

● Support on video editing for cross channel promotion film and edit content to be used for digital marketing purposes.

● Create daily Instagram Stories in Canva.

● Carry out other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company Directors.

● Carry out imagery and content research as required by the company Directors.

The Ideal Candidate:

*Proficient in Canva, Google Sheets/Excel, Word Doc, Instagram, Tik tok, SnapChat, Pinterest, Facebook, Threads, and Capcut (or any similar video editing platform).

*As this is a Marketing e-commerce position, this individual will need to be able to sell products via live videos confidently and effectively.

*Being highly self-motivated and organized is a must.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create and edit video content for various platforms, including social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat and more.
• Schedule social media content for an Instagram with 1M followers
• Ensure proper trends and styling techniques are shown while representing our brand
• Must work well in a team environment and have corporate job experience
• Must have a creative eye and video editing background
• Salary based on experience

Job Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms, including email marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Sustain an understanding of fashion and trends in all markets.
• Continually look for inspiration by shopping the competition, canvassing the media, and identifying emerging trends in all environments.
• Maintains attendance according to company guidelines
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in corporate workplaces.
• Fashion Degree is not required but is preferred.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
