What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Shopmonkey?
As an Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to strongly support two executive leaders from our Product and Engineering teams. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, and a great multi-tasker. Other desirable traits include a person who is a self-starter and who acts with humility, positivity, and urgency.
This is a remote position who lives in the East Coast time zone.
You Will Have The Opportunity To:
- Provide administrative support to executives
- Work side-by-side with the rest of the administrative team
- Manage multiple busy calendars against current and future priorities
- Anticipate and support needs for meetings, offsites, and travel
- Plan and organize team offsites and help with other company events
- Meet various deadlines and keep projects moving
We Are Looking For You If You Have:
- 4 years of experience in administrative and office support preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer skills, specifically Apple hardware, Google Suite, Slack, ClickUp, Guru and Notion
- Love for helping others and being part of a team
- Practice understanding, respect, and confidentiality
