PRACTICE MANAGER
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join our busy dental practice in the vibrant community of Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of overseeing the day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the dental practice.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative and clinical staff.
- Implement and maintain effective office policies and procedures.
- Oversee the financial activities, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Train and manage staff.
- Conduct performance assessments and provide continuous constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure staff satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Implement strategies to enhance patient retention and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in industry standards and legal requirements.
- Foster relationships with community partners and referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in dental practice management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software.
