Restoration Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restoration Manager to join our team. As a Restoration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating restoration projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

-Write insurance claim estimates & supplements on Xactimate
- Manage and supervise restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the scope of work and develop restoration plans
- Oversee the implementation of restoration plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor project progress, including timelines and budgets
- Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including daily logs, photographs, and reports
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the restoration process
- Ensure the safety of all workers by enforcing proper safety protocols

Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the restoration industry

-Xactimate estimating software experience and proficiency

-IICRC certification (not a must but preferred)

- Strong knowledge of fire restoration, mold remediation, and water damage restoration processes
- Familiarity with asbestos abatement procedures is preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for restoration work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
