What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/ Hostess position at Shot&Bottle?
- Must be personable, polite, and calm in high tension situations
- Organized with attention to detail
- Must be stationed in the lobby area by the doors at all times
- Responsible for setting up station
- Responsible for greeting each guest as they come in and helping them find seating
- For seating guests in the dining area, double check that a suitably sized table is available and clean
- Must communicate with servers which table has been sat, the number of guests, and who’s table it is
- Responsible for keeping track of head count for each server and delegating tables
- Expected to roll silverware and maintain clean restaurant during down time
- Must keep station clean and organized at all times
- Must tear down station at the end of the shift
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 14 per week
