Summary:
The Bathroom Attendant is responsible for providing guests with courteous, friendly, sincere, efficient table service that meets or exceeds guest expectations. This position is primarily responsible for cleaning bar and equipment, and replenishing bar supplies such as liquor, fruit, ice, and dishes.
Essential Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities:
1. GuestService
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Cleaning guest restrooms, including restocking dispensers.
- Cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls.
- Emptying wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Sweeping, scrubbing floors, using brooms & mops.
- Must be capable of maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary levels of the facility.

1. Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse guest types.
2. Ability to remain calm and well organized under pressure while working quickly.
3. Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple tasks at a time.
4. Ability to keep emotions under control.
5. Good time management skills.
6. Basic knowledge of liquor.
7. Ability to respond promptly to guest needs.
8. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and TeamMembers.
9. Must speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
Experience / Education / Certifications:
- High School diploma – required
- Hospitality or customer service experience - preferred
- Experience in F&B operations – preferred.

- Standing and walking during majority of shift.
- Regularly required to lift, reach with hands and arms, use fingers to handle or feel.
- Lifting requirements of up to 40 pounds.
- Working in kitchen on tiled flooring; kitchen conditions may be hot; floor may be slippery (appropriate footwear required)
- Direct contact with guests, managers and Team Members.
- Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat and water.
