Our office is based out of RI but teams are dispatched weekly to events across the northeast including NJ, NY, NH, ME, etc. The ideal candidate would have an amazing staff of veterinary technicians, team leads, and a senior lead to help them run the region.

Job Duties:
- Making sure all teams run each weekend.
- Develop staff, doctors, and partner relationships.
- Maximize revenue and pet parent education.
- Responsible for all marketing.
- Responsible for all inventory.
- Responsible for vehicles and maintenance.
Required:
- 2 years management experience of 5 or more people
- Experience with KPIs and P&L
- Experience Training and Motivating individuals to be their best!
- Quickness with Learning Veterinary Industry
