SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with pull sheets and organizing gear for loads being prepped
• Assist with quality control practices and gear check out
• Assist with inventory when requested and report any inventory discrepancies to manager
• Assist other associates with loading and unloading deliveries and follow proper invoicing protocol
• Follow proper receiving protocol, including thorough shipment inspections
• Drive forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed for moving gear
• Uphold all warehouse safety protocol and instruction and attend all safety meetings / help conduct safety inspections
• Maintain high level of professionalism at all times and work cooperatively in team environment
• Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management
• Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goal, and directives.
• Participate in an on-call weekend rotation
• Any other duties required of this position

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Prior warehouse experience
• Comfortable working with minimal sitting, daily tasks include: repetitive standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing/pulling
• Previous equipment and machinery experience including forklift and pallet jack
• Must possess valid state driver’s license with clean DMV record
• Ability to drive 26’ truck, C license is adequate
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Close attention to details and high level of accuracy
• High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications / Requirements

o Can operate basic audio equipment and lead a mid-size crew

o Must be client facing and understand how to manage client expectations

o 3 - 5 years’ experience

• Audio

o Should be able to install and operate a small to medium audio system

o Demonstrate working knowledge of SI Compact, VI1, QL5, VRX and small line array

o Should be able to independently manage assigned task, demonstrate mastery of power and signal flow, demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to safely lift, move and transport equipment, materials and tools weighing 50 lbs.(unassisted) or more to complete assigned projects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, a s well as bend. stoop, crawl, stretch, climb, and lift repeatedly.
• One must be able to work in various climates and conditions both indoors and outdoors.
• Work performed in a combination of warehouse, outdoor, venue and office environments.
• Exposed to warehouse and outdoor elements such as noise, dust, and weather.
• Use of carts, dollies, pallet jacks and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 30 feet or more/ on mezzanine (where applicable)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

50% of travel estimated, weekends or after-hours work may be required.
