Looking for a qualified candidate to coordinate and manage activities related to below areas: 1. Tenant move-in, and move-out checklists 2. Lease execution with new tenants 3. Showing property to new prospects/tenants 4. Handling maintenance calls from tenants 5. Code enforcement violations and inspections coordination 6. Permit related inspections 7. Rent collections from tenants in prescribed method by the owners/landlord 8. Managing utilities, property taxes, school and city taxes accounts 9. Managing snow, lawn, building cleaning services

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Weekends as needed
