Pricing Manager will perform activities associated with the development of cost/price proposals.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead development of prime and subcontractor price proposals for complex IT contracts- Oversee pricing activities to produce compliant, complete, and compelling Cost/Price Volumes from pre-RFP to award
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Ensure 100% compliance with solicitation requirements
- Lead pricing strategy discussions, pricing proposal and solution development, and pricing compliance meetings
- Develop pricing strategy and required artifacts, including LOE workbooks, models, and compliant proposal pricing deliverables
- Apply pricing best practices to develop cost/labor models using advanced Excel skills and various data sources
- Analyze wrap rates, P&L, and competitive pricing
- Support analysis of labor, materials, equipment, and direct costs
- Lead Price to Win (PTW) efforts for complex, competitive opportunities
- Coordinate with Proposal Managers to align pricing and solution development schedules
- Conduct competitive pricing research and ensure proper knowledge management of all files.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting- 5 years of experience in federal government contracting proposal pricing for complex bids
- Expert-level Excel skills and 5 years of experience with MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with GWAC, schedule pricing, SaaS pricing, and other business models
- Strong knowledge of T&M, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP, and LH contracts and pricing methodologies
- Proficient in FAR/DFAR, CAS, DCMA/DCAA, and estimating methodologies
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Proven problem-solving ability and application of lessons learned
- Ability to manage complex schedules and multitask without compromising quality or compliance
- Experience working remotely with diverse teams, including some nights and weekends.
