The manager’s primary role is to ensure the salon’s profitability, ensure guest satisfaction by using the 360 Experience and generate an enthusiastic and professional environment where employees are continuously inspired, through effective leadership, to do their best and be successful.
The manager must be a constant role model for all employees and have the ability to inspire respect and creativity; understand the Supercuts Operating Principles and Brand Promise and effectively execute these principles at all times.

Overview: Starting Pay is $13/Hr Easy Commissions, Bonuses and tips -

Job Types: Full-time,

Pay: Depends on Experience - starting at $11.50/hr during paid training, moving to $12.50 after completion Monthly Bonus Program, Commissions and tips- includes paid training.

• 8 hour shift
