What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at SHUSHOP?
The main focus of the role is to be an efficient and productive member of the Wholesale/Online customer service team, dealing with all customer service related inquiries. These may include product inquiries, shipping damage claims, order status updates, vendor communications, pricing calculations and more. Act as the first point of contact with the company for many customers.
