The Fulfillment Analyst (Business Analyst I) role is part of the Manufacturing Control and Optimization team (MCO). In this role, you will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of day-to-day transactions involved in the routing of products, dynamic cart accuracy and controls, and fulfillment reporting as defined by the business.
This role will require influencing teams without direct authority. You will build strong collaboration with manufacturing sites and trusted relationships with Site Directors, Production Managers, Partner Managers and Lab Process Managers for internal and external manufacturing. Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills will be critical to your success.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time: Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and local site production teams to maintain and update routing configuration to match business rules as well as short-term adjustments to support site capacity needs.
- Ownership of daily operations meeting including content and presentation
- Responsible for facilitation and distribution of key metric reporting
- Troubleshooting systems exceptions / errors and coming up with creative solutions and improvements
- Monitor product carts and communicate cross-functionally
- Being a flexible team player able to step into a variety of roles based on business need
- As needed, support Sr Team members to drive the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards on the key drivers of our manufacturing business
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Exhibit a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Must possess proficient math skills
- Excellent communication skills including facilitation abilities, writing skills, and effective problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- An understanding of forecasting, sales, and operations planning (S&OP), financial analysis, production scheduling and general project management knowledge
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL)

- Former experience in logistics, fulfillment, or printing
- Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
- Precise execution of multiple time-sensitive tasks

Salary : $26,900 - $34,100
