As the Sales Enablement Director, your mission is to rally an extraordinary cross-functional team and unleash the full potential of our Learning and Development program. From igniting the flames of Sales New Hire Orientation to providing continuous training in sales skills, processes, and product knowledge, you'll be the driving force behind our salesforce's unstoppable success. The day to day: Design, develop and lead the execution of our Sales training program & establish measurable KPIs to demonstrate the value of training programs. Own enterprise sales enablement strategy and scalable programs for various roles. Make complex concepts understandable through collaboration with subject matter experts. Integrate sales training programs into the company's overall learning and development offerings. Conduct global in-person and virtual training with domain expertise. Evaluate and enhance the Sales New Hire Orientation program for quicker ramp-up. Utilize enablement tools, internal experts, and external consultants effectively. Stay updated on new technologies to enhance training programs. Manage the sales training budget and recommend strategic utilization. Identify knowledge and skills gaps and provide targeted training solutions. Communicate process changes, launches, and training information to the sales team. Collect feedback on training programs from new hires and experienced sales professionals. Implement a pitch certification program for product readiness. Establish a Sales evangelist/SME program to share best practices across the organization. Collaborate with HR and Sales Operations on incentives and engagement programs. Contribute to sales team events and content development. Own our Enterprise Sales Hub and Sales Communications Align on our Sales Career Pathing Supervise a Sales Enablement Manager to execute strategies or sales process & policy Own Sales Content & Collaterals What you’ll bring to the role: 8 years of experience in sales enablement and/or training commercial teams Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines. The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors. The pay range for this position is below: • 175,000 - 190,000 per year in New York Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
