Job Posting for Corporate Paralegal and Legal Operations Manager at SI-BONE, Inc.
General Responsibilities:
The Corporate Paralegal and Legal Operations Manager will be a key member of the legal team. This person will expand and develop SI-BONEs Legal Operations function as well as provide broad legal support.
Specific Responsibilities and Skills:
Oversee and maintain corporate governance functions, including assisting with Board of Directors meetings and record keeping, managing the annual shareholder meeting, and facilitating changes in international subsidiaries.
Manage licensing applications and renewal processes across multiple jurisdictions.
Assist with maintaining and renewing SI-BONEs insurance policies, including obtaining certificates of insurance.
Coordinate legal billing and invoice approvals.
Manage due diligence and contracting process for third-party commercial entities.
Research and propose new tools to facilitate efficient legal and cross functional processes.
Assist as needed with correspondence, contract review and negotiation, and other tasks as requested from time to time.
Knowledge, Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree
6 years corporate paralegal experience or similar; mix of large law firm and in-house experience preferred.
Expertise and Attributes:
Highly organized, responsible, and able to exercise independent judgment
High level of professionalism in written and verbal communications
Ability to initiate and manage complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
A proven self-starter
A demonstrated interest and ability to learn new skills and technology
