We currently have an opening for a Field Service Tech 01/2018
- Min 3 Years of Enterprise experience working with Windows 7/Windows 8.1/Windows 10
- Min 2 Years experience working with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 environments, must have basic active directory experience.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to provide Outstanding Customer service, must be fluent in English and can translate Geek to English for customers.
- Linux experience helpful but not required
- Able to configure and maintain routers using technologies from Watch guard and Sonicwall.
- MCSA/Network certification or equivalent job experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to dress in business casual clothes.
- Flexible hours
- Some Travel will be required in the tri-state area: CA, AZ, NV
