Sicam is looking for a Sales Representative eager to join a team that is expanding 3D printing to production through additive manufacturing. If your excited by new technologies and want to join a company that is expanding into the application of 3D printing for manufacturing, and this interests you, then you might be a good fit.
Requirements:
- Good people skills.
- Experience with manufacturing processes desirable
- General computer skills.
- Good verbal skills – must be able to discuss technical processes.
Have the experience, technical background, or technical education to :
- Understand dimensional tolerancing.
- Learn different 3D printing technologies.
- Understanding of injection molding.
- Operate CAD software to generate 3D printable files.
- Read technical drawings and understand the specification required for quoting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Support
- Make application recommendations to customers.
- Providing Technical Quotations
- Booking Orders with specifications to Operations
- Customer Interface on Orders
Your first 3 – 6 months:
- Learn the product and services to be able to make recommendations to customers on the correct manufacturing process for their parts. Experience in any manufacturing process especially plastics will accelerate this learning.
- Learn our advanced ERP system to be able to enter quotes and orders from the customer.
- Learn our CRM system to be able to track quotes through our sales process.
- Build relationships with Outside Sales Reps, Suppliers, and Customers.
- Leverage any opportunity you can to learn the market and the business.
- Consistently achieve your learning and performing goals.
6-18 months:
- Continue to build on your product and industry knowledge.
- Expand your knowledge of Inside Sales duties and responsibilities.
- Learn what it takes to exceed your goals and make changes to do so.
- Work with mentors to meet your goals and learn what can be done for advancement.
