We are looking for Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. SideBySideStuff.com, an online retailer of UTV parts and accessories in Louisburg, KS, continues to expand and is seeking qualified staff. Duties for this position will primarily be customer service, order management and vendor coordination. Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Develops a strong level of knowledge of Side By Side Stuff online store.

· Accurately log, process and track customer orders

· Follow up skills. Ability to handle and respond to multiple open issues.

· Able to work independently with little direction, multi-task and handle various orders at once while being extremely productive and timely.

· Ability to work required shifts both independently and within a team organization.

· Facilitate communication from Support Team to other departments as needed to complete Cases.

· Work with multiple vendors and distributors on a daily basis.

· Answer customer questions and take orders over the phone.

Qualifications:

· Must exhibit a great attention to detail.

· Ability to adapt to change.

· Ability to type 40 WPM.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Knowledge of various computer applications including experience with business support applications such as MS Office (Word and Excel) required.

· Technical/mechanical knowledge or experience would be a plus.

· Customer oriented background.

· Experience working in a team environment and assisting others as applicable.

· Starting hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM.

Compensation:

· Salary compensation upon qualifications

Incentives:

.Option to work from home two days a week after 6 months of employment.

· 401K after 6 months
· Tuition Reimbursement

· Eligible for full benefits after 60 days of employment
