The Position: Surgery Director
Employment status: Full time
Hours per two-week pay period: 80
Essential Job Functions:
- Management of OR, PACU and Outpatient Surgery
- Ensures quality of care for patients
- Collaborates with the surgeons on approved standards for services
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BSN)
- Minimum 5 years OR experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
Certifications and Licenses
- Current MT nursing license
- BLS, PALS and ACLS
Position Summary:
Sidney Health Center is seeking a Surgery Director to join our I CARE team in the Surgery department. Essential duties of the position include management of OR, PACU and OPS, collaborating with surgeons, and ensuring quality care.
