Insurance Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service
  • Assist in writing new business by providing quotes, completing applications, and following up on leads
  • Service existing accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and claims
  • Navigate various insurance carrier platforms to obtain quotes and submit applications
  • Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries
  • Assist in the marketing of insurance products and initiatives
  • Keep records of client interactions and update client databases as required

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

· Property & Casualty License is required

· Insurance experience is preferred

· Customer Service experience is preferred

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent analytical skills

· Works well in a fast paced environment

Very strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Work setting:

  • In-person
