Job Posting for Receptionist/Clerical Assistant at Siegfried & Jensen

The position includes assisting to open new files; sending out letters to insurance companies, government entities, and medical providers; organizing mail and other documents; answering phone calls; calling on police reports, medical records, and health insurance. The legal assistant/receptionist will also greet clients that come into our office.

We are looking for someone who likes to learn and be challenged to do new things. 30 hours per week would be expected with some flexibility within office hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
