- Making wireframes and mockups.
- Understanding User Behaviors by interpreting UX research.
- Performing Usability Analysis
- An understanding of heuristics and usability analysis.
- Create Low-Fidelity Interactive Prototypes
- Create Journey Maps and use Persona analysis to build Screen Flows and State Transition Diagrams.
- Present designs to colleagues and collaborate with implementation teams.
- Write and maintain design artifacts to improve the overall design process.
- Use an existing Design System and contribute change and improvement proposals.
- Degree or commensurate experience in computer science, engineering, or HCI with 3 years of post-academic experience in user experience design.
- Expertise in rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Balsamiq
- Experience using style guides, interaction pattern libraries, and components to produce low and high-fidelity design artifacts.
- Experience working closely with product managers and product teams.
- Complete UX skills: identifying customer problem statements, problem discovery, solution generation, concept creation, wireframing, testing, synthesis, iteration, prototyping, heuristic evaluation, customer journey mapping, applying design systems, and producing artifacts for development.
- General understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript and how Web designs are implemented.
- Ability to communicate sophisticated technical issues clearly and concisely

- Solid understanding of JIRA, Confluence and Zeplin.
- Previous web UI development in HTML5, CSS3, or JavaScript.
- Previous Computational Fluids or Structural Analysis Experience.
- Master of Adobe XD from design to prototyping full UIs.
- Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, or Ergonomics.
