What You'll Do:
- Be the driving force behind our sales team, setting ambitious targets and ensuring we hit them consistently.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
- Foster an environment where excellence, continuous improvement, and teamwork are the norms.
- Ensure our sales processes are optimized and that the team operates efficiently and effectively.
- Work with various departments to ensure our sales strategies are integrated and support overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Attract, hire, and nurture top sales talent to build a world-class team.
- You have 8 years of a solid track record of hitting revenue targets and scaling sales teams in CX, AI, ecommerce or related industries.
- You excel in setting up and optimizing sales processes, with a deep understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management.
- You have impeccable communication skills, able to clearly articulate your vision and influence cross-functionally.
- You see the big picture while being obsessed with details, ensuring every aspect of our sales strategy is executed flawlessly.
- You are passionate about sales, customer relationships, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and can balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
- You find fast changes and uncertainty uncomfortable – we often need to think on our feet and adapt quickly.
- Working closely with the company's founders and being involved in key decisions sounds overwhelming to you.
