St Catherine’s is looking for an outstanding Summer School Math Teacher (Algebra and Geometry) to join our dynamic team.
The summer school schedule is Monday through Friday.
The teaching dates are June 5, 2023 through June 30, 2023.
Teaching hours would be 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM with sessions from 8:00 AM – 10:15 AM and 10:45 AM – 1:00 PM.
Job Summary:
• Inspiring students and promoting mastery in subject area.
• Helping to develop and implement curriculum that aligned with Wisconsin State Standards and Common Core Standards as they evolve.
• Providing continual assessment of student progress and maintaining records.
• Continually evaluating instructional performance to meet the needs of the students.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate subject area.
• Appropriate State of Wisconsin licensing and certification.
• Knowledge of application of best teaching practices
• Ability to work in a high achieving school in a diverse environment.
Preferred:
• Demonstrate commitment to the principles of Catholic Faith.
• Elementary teaching experience
• Have general knowledge of transformative technology instruction.
